Sub-processors
Version 1.2, effective 18 July 2026.
Selgeo (Apliteni OÜ) uses the sub-processors listed below to deliver the Platform under theData Processing Agreement and theTerms of Use. We will notify Merchants at least fourteen days before any addition, removal, or change to this list takes effect.

Parties that are not sub-processors
The following are disclosed for transparency but are not sub-processors engaged by Selgeo to process Merchant personal data:
- Processor-operated infrastructure — Lessly. Lessly is a deployment and infrastructure-management platform operated by Apliteni OÜ, the Processor itself (registry code 14296961), running on Google Cloud (EU). It is not a separate sub-processor; the underlying cloud provider Google Cloud is listed above.
- Payment provider — Stripe. The Merchant connects their own Stripe account to the Platform using a restricted API key; Stripe acts as the Merchant’s own payment provider under the Merchant’s agreement with Stripe. Separately, Stripe Payments Europe, Limited processes the Merchant’s payment for the Selgeo subscription under Selgeo’s own agreement with Stripe. Stripe is therefore not a sub-processor engaged by Selgeo to process Merchant data.
- Controller-role processor — MailerLite. MailerLite Limited (Ireland) processes waitlist e-mail addresses collected on selgeo.com, for which Selgeo (Apliteni OÜ) is the controller. It does not process Merchant personal data and is not a Platform sub-processor. See thePrivacy Policy.
Effective 18 July 2026. This version corrects the register to the parties Selgeo actually engages to process Merchant data: Stripe is the Merchant’s own payment provider (not a Selgeo sub-processor), Lessly is Apliteni OÜ’s own infrastructure, and MailerLite is a controller-role waitlist processor — all disclosed above; MailerSend’s hosting is corrected to Belgium (Google Cloud).
